On behalf of the Caroline County Commissioners, President Larry Porter discussed the County’s local state of emergency declaration in a video filmed March 17, 2020. Porter also discussed measures residents can take to stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Specifically, he discussed the risks to law enforcement, emergency personnel, and healthcare workers through social spread.
