Caroline County Roadmap to Recovery: Updated Phase 1

Governor Hogan announced Wednesday afternoon that Maryland would move forward with its completion of Stage One of the State’s recovery plan. Effective Today, May 29th at 5:00 PM, restaurants as well as outdoor activities including youth sports and day camps, may resume with safety measures in place for staff and participants. Outdoor pools may also reopen with strict safety guidelines.

Caroline County Phase 1 Updates


It is still critical that all residents continue to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 by practicing social distancing, staying at home as much as you can, wearing face masks when out and washing your hands frequently. If you develop any warning signs of COVID-19 – trouble breathing/shortness of breath; pain or pressure in the chest; loss of smell or taste or smell; cough; fever or shaking chills; please seek medical attention immediately.
