Caroline County Reports First Case of COVID-19

On March 21, 2020, Caroline County was notified of its first positive case of COVID-19. The patient is a female in her 30's who lives in the Federalsburg area. The individual was tested by primary care on March 17 and notification of the positive result was received in the early hours of March 21. She has no history of recent travel but had been in contact with individuals who had traveled.
